EBRAHIM JS

FOUNDER & CEO

As a seasoned investor and entrepreneur, I have dedicated over 15 years to the international investment landscape, forging partnerships and driving growth across various sectors. 

  • As the co-founder of Al Empire Holdings Group and a board member of Empire Holdings Global Family Office, I have successfully navigated complex business environments, working with Fortune 500 companies and collaborating with royal family houses and private investment firms throughout the Gulf region. 
  • My investment journey spans over a decade, during which I have invested in 116 startups across MENA, India, and South Asia, with 70% of these ventures still thriving.
  • I have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, specializing in strategic operations and business transitions. Notably, I played a pivotal role in a billion-dollar social media M&A for a prominent Saudi investment group and was instrumental in the $200 million transition of a commodity trading company.
  • In addition to my corporate endeavors, I am deeply committed to driving positive change. I’ve collaborated with organizations like the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, the International Monetary Fund, and the African Business Development Institute to advocate for sustainable practices and innovative solutions.

Director Chief Investment Officer

Over 41 years of experience in Investment & Finance in Indian and Gulf Markets.

  • Experienced in Trading on Indian Listed Equity Capital Markets since early 1982.
  •  Have been advising Indian Commercial Banks, Development Financial Institutions, and Private & Foreign Financial Institutions in designing their Statutory Debt Investment Portfolios as per the Reserve Bank of India’s regulatory norms since 1986.
  • Have been consulting the Trustee Funds/ Provident Funds/ Gratuity Fund Portfolios of Public & Private Corporates as per the provisions of the Indian Companies Act 1956 to maximize the returns on Employees Social Benefit Funds.
  • Holding the Trading Membership of India’s leading & largest Automated Exchange, the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, since its’ inception in 1994.
  • Excellent knowledge and dealing experience in Capital-Guaranteed Structured products offered by various Foreign Hedge funds.
  •  Heading the Multi-State Coop Credit Society “Aasra” offering Co-op Banking, Finance & Investments in 16 major states of India.
  • Have participated in several domestic and international business conferences and seminars at India, US, Europe and Gulf Countries.
  •  Presently posted as The President of M/s Indo-Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industries & Director of M/s Indo-African Chamber of Commerce & Industries, India.

Chief Financial Officer

With over 35 years of distinguished service in auditing and financial governance, Razeena Khader stands as a pillar of integrity, strategic foresight, and operational excellence.

Her career journey, from the corridors of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department (IA&AD) to the executive boardrooms of global enterprises, reflects a lifelong commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable financial leadership.

Government Legacy:

Razeena’s tenure as Senior Audit Officer with the Government of India’s IA&AD spanned over three decades. She played a pivotal role in:

  • Auditing civil projects across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry
  • Identifying and correcting misuse of government funds
  • Conducting comprehensive departmental inspections
  • Strengthening financial integrity in state and central schemes
  • Her insights have guided policy decisions and optimized public resource allocation, leaving a lasting impact on governance and infrastructure development.
